In yWriter you can print your files one by one, in order to work on them offline. (In other words, so you can take the blue pencil to your work!)

To print a file, just select it, right click and choose 'Print'. You can also print from the Edit window, but I'll cover that later.

When you print anything from yWriter you will be presented with the Printer Selection dialog box. Here you can choose your printer from a drop-down list (useful if you have more than one). yWriter will remember the last-used printer for each type of report, so after you have selected your printer for the first time you won't have to bother again.

On the printer selection form you can tick Single or Double spaced printing, and you can also enter a font size for the printout. If it's a large file I wouldn't recommend 24 point fonts, as it'll use a whole forest of trees. If you have good vision or wear reading glasses you might prefer a smaller size (I use 8 pt) because it'll get a lot on the page.

You can also print ALL the files in the project with a single click. Each will begin on a new page.
